Is it safe to swim there in the summer?

Hi Ellena, thanks for the question. Although it looks awfully tempting, both times we’ve walked along this beach, I’ve noticed how steep the beach is – there appears to be a very strong under-tow.
I would approach swimming here with extreme of caution. It’s much better to swim between the flags on a patrolled beach and come out again safely, than be lured in by beautiful, but possibly unsafe conditions. 😊
